As part of Solid Energy New Zealand’s commitment to sustainable technologies, investment has been made into ensuring that sustainable, renewable fuels are readily available to New Zealanders, as well as to export customers. Currently we can offer Wood Pellet Fuel, manufactured by Nature’s Flame from untreated wood waste, and Biodiesel manufactured by Biodiesel New Zealand Ltd from both used cooking oil and locally grown Oil Seed Rape crops.
